SL -Sheet Steel          
SL Baseplate is designed from two sheets of alloy steel, one sliding into the other, with an acme screw to allow linear adjustment.  The SL metric motor base provides a solution to many power transmission positioning problems involving motors, reducers, transmission components where accurate alignment is desired. 

The top plate of the SL metric baseplate is designed to allow the customer to drill their own holes in positions found to be ideal to their application.

SLN -Sheet Steel Motor Base with Rails      
SLN Baseplate is designed with slots to be used with Standard IEC Metric Electric Motors, Reducers, and Motovariators.  The baseplate is made from two feet, two sliding tubular steel rails, and an adjusting screw with locking device to fix the base once in position.

The strong alloy steel is protected from corrosion with an attractive manganese phosphate surface treatment.

SLV - Inclined Baseplates with Handwheel      
SLV Inclined Baseplates with slots are like our SLN series metric motor bases but employ an 8 degree sliding incline.  These have proven ideal for use with variable speed pulley systems requiring precise adjustable center distance control.

When equipped with a handwheel for the adjusting screw it is ideal for drives with use variable pulleys.  It is constructed of high quality sheet steel and protected from corrosion with an attractive manganese phosphate surface treatment.

SG Cast Iron Heavy Duty Metric Motor Mounting Rails are designed to accurately and securely adjust and align IEC Metric Motors and Gear Reducers to 200hp.

TVT-Poggi Metric Slide Rails are constructed of Engineering Grade Cast Iron, Precision Machined, and Finished for an attractive appearance and corrosion resistance.
